Furnished Apartments near Temple University
At Skyline, our goal is to make your move in process as easy as possible. Not only do all of our apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, but they are also fully furnished. All utilities are included in the price of the rooms and we will even set up your internet connection for you.
All tenants have access to our beautiful green roof which is a great place to relax and take in the views of the Philadelphia skyline. The building is secured with key fobs on every entrance and the entire building is covered with security cameras.
Our front office is staffed from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays and 9AM to 2PM on Saturdays, and our Resident Assistants can be contacted for any issues until 1AM during the week and 3AM on weekends.

ON-SITE LAUNDRY
With 15 total washing and drying machines on site, never worry about waiting to do laundry again. Located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. You can load money onto your card with either cash or credit card!
GATED GARAGE PARKING
For an additional fee, enjoy gated garage parking! Most of the spots are covered from the weather and offer direct access to the building and elevator!
LOUNGE AREA
Relax with friends in one of the three lounges! Enjoy the vending machines or hang with friends. There are also tables to study or play card games at our Temple University Apartments.
PACKAGE STORAGE
