Founded in 1682, Philadelphia is often referred to as the birthplace of America. Sixty-seven historical landmarks are located throughout the city which include Independence Hall where the declaration of independence was signed, and the Liberty Bell with its famous crack.

Other points of interest include Fairmount Park which is one of the oldest and largest urban parks in the United States, the Eastern State Penitentiary which opened in 1829 and housed the notorious Al Capone, and the 72 stone steps leading up to the entrance of the Philadelphia Museum of Art that were made famous by the movie Rocky.
public transportation
Our Apartments near Temple University give our tenants quick and easy access to Philadelphia’s large public transportation system. Numerous metro and bus stations are located within 2 blocks of our building. SEPTA or the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority are responsible for all public transportation in the Philadelphia area and run all buses, trains, and trolleys. SEPTA cards can be purchased from numerous locations around the area and can be used to access all forms of pubic transportation Philadelphia has to offer.
bike or walk anywhere
In addition to Philadelphia’s public transportation system, the city is very easy to traverse on foot or by bike. Daily errands do not require a car and our premises offers free bike storage for all our tenants. A gated garage is also available if you own a car.
