About our Temple University Apartments
At Skyline, we believe that the friendships you make while attending University can last a lifetime. Built in 2010, Skyline Apartments was constructed using a modular approach which you can read about in this New York Times article. Consisting of 80,000 square feet of living space over four stories, we offer fully furnished 2 and 3 bedroom off campus apartments near Temple University.

Initially named The Modules at Templetown, the building was bought 2 years ago and placed under new management. With a new tenant focused approach, all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner and tenant satisfaction is our number one priority.
Located at 1417 North 15th Street in Philadelphia, our building is just blocks away from Temple University. A wide range of public transportation is available within a short walk from our doors. Visit our neighborhood page to learn more about everything Philadelphia has to offer!

“My experience living here was nothing less than great. Management was always amazing and very respectful and talkative when needing to do things in your apartment if need be. Mike was extremely helpful and very kind to me and my roommate during our entire stay there and the area always felt very safe. Being just a short walk to campus and other things such as the grocery store and subway was a huge plus. The individual apartments are spacious with tons of natural light with big bathrooms. This complex offers everything you need.”
